Chilean food

Homecooked Chilean winter food. 

It looks and taste very different from Scandinavian food, (may not look very appetizing), but it actually taste OK! Some of the food we got were really good, and some not so much. 

 Chilenos also really like hotdogs. They call it "Completo", which is hotdog served with avocadoes, tomatoes, mayonnaise and sauerkraut! (There are many different variants) 

Another thing they like is empanadas. I have only tried one version of it, and it was OK.. But I will defintely try more because everyone says it's so good :)

Chilean empanada 

Quiche, rice and guacamole - this was really really good. Or maybe it
was just because of the guacamole, since I'm a huge fan of guacamole

Mashed potatoes and beef- this was really delicious,
together with homemade chili sauce and marmelade.
